OPSAC (One People's Summer Arts Camp) is 100% FREE to children 9-14 and provides 15 hours community education to youth. CAMP 19 is community-driven and only possible due to the generosity and kindness of local volunteers, parents, partners, and donors. OPSAC @ Garden Hills is programmed by the Homebase Program Team.
Parents and guardians must sign a Consent, Release, and Waiver of Liability Form for each camper. No child will be admitted without a signed form by a parent / guardian. During OPSAC, volunteers do their best to meet the needs of all the campers, including, but not limited to: behavior, ability, health, and diet. First-aid certified volunteers are confirmed for OPSAC @ Garden Hills.
Donations are tax-exempt. Monetary donations go to purchase art and food supplies along with covering other OPSAC needs.
In-kindness donations welcomed.
Volunteers must be 18 years and older. Between the ages of 15 and 17? Join as a Student Coach.
All volunteers must complete and pass a criminal background check.
